These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Skinora mobile app, related websites, and support pages.

By downloading, accessing, or using Skinora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Skinora only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. What Skinora does
Skinora helps users organize cosmetic skincare information, generate AI-assisted visible skin observations from photos, build routines, and review product suggestions by market, budget, and profile preferences.
4. No medical advice
- Skinora is not a doctor, clinic, telehealth provider, or medical device.
- Outputs are informational only and should not be treated as medical diagnosis or treatment guidance.
- Consult a licensed professional for pain, rash, infection, severe irritation, worsening symptoms, or medical concerns.
5. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the information and images you choose to submit.
- You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- You agree not to use Skinora in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Skinora may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store, including weekly and yearly access plans.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is permitted during an active subscription term, except as required by applicable law.
7. Apple terms
If you downloaded Skinora from the App Store, your use may also be subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
8. Third-party services and links
Skinora may use or link to third-party services, including AI providers, subscription infrastructure, app store services, weather/location platform services, and external merchant pages.
Photos, messages, profile details, analysis context, and routine context that you choose to submit may be processed by Skinora-operated services and service providers to provide AI skincare analysis, routines, product guidance, and Ask Skinora responses. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing, storage, retention, and deletion controls in more detail.
9. Availability, warranties, and liability
Skinora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Skinora at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skinora and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Skinora.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
