Data deletion and privacy requests

Skinora stores most user content locally on your device. This page explains how to remove that data and how to contact us for privacy-related requests.

1. Remove Skinora data from your device

Use the in-app delete/reset controls where available, or delete the app from your device. Deleting the app generally removes locally stored profile data, saved scan images, analysis results, routines, chat history, routine-tracking records, preferences, and local event history from that device.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription billing is handled by Apple, and entitlement management is handled through RevenueCat. To stop future billing, cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings.

3. Live analysis processing

When you request live photo analysis, selected photos and profile context may be processed through Skinora-operated service infrastructure and service providers that help deliver analysis. Skinora does not intentionally store raw scan photos on Skinora servers after the analysis request is completed. The photos you choose are transmitted to Skinora's processing service and third-party AI model providers only to generate the analysis or response you requested.

4. Contact us

Email help.skinora@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" or "Privacy Request" and describe what you want deleted or reviewed.
