4. Face Data and AI Processing
Skinora collects face photos only when you choose to capture or upload photos for the skin analysis feature or attach a photo to an Ask Skinora message. Skinora does not use face data for identity verification, user authentication, Face ID, or facial recognition.
When you request a live skin analysis, Skinora sends the photos you selected and relevant skincare profile context, such as skin type, sensitivity level, skincare goals, country, budget, routine preferences, and related analysis context, through Skinora-operated processing services and third-party AI model providers to generate your cosmetic skincare analysis, routine, and product guidance.
When you use Ask Skinora, your message, relevant skincare context, recent chat context, selected product context, and any photo you choose to attach may be processed by Skinora-operated processing services and third-party AI model providers to generate a skincare-related response.
Skinora uses face photos only to provide the analysis, routine, product guidance, or chat response you request. We do not sell face data, use it to identify you, use it for authentication, or use it to build advertising profiles.
Skinora does not intentionally store raw scan photos on Skinora servers after the analysis request is completed. The photos you choose are transmitted to Skinora's processing service and third-party AI model providers only to generate the analysis or response you requested. We do not intentionally log raw image payloads.
When you enable climate detection, location may be used with Apple location and weather services to estimate climate or UV context. Location is optional and can be denied or disabled.
We do not sell your photos, location, or profile data, and we do not use them to build third-party advertising profiles.
5. Where information is stored

- This local data remains on your device until you delete it using available app controls, delete the app, or reset/remove the data from your device.
